Abstract

Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a chronic polysyndromic disease of persons young age (mainly women), develops against the background of genetically determined imperfection of immunoregulatory processes with uncontrolled production of antibodies to their own cells and their components, with the development of immuno-inflammatory lesions of the connective tissue and microcircus laryngeal bed of the skin, joints and internal organs. Visceral lesions in SLE are the leading ones, determining the course and prognosis of the disease.
